Having already announced the return of pure road race expert James Hillier to the official Kawasaki Motors UK Roads Team, the highly respected racing enterprise have now confirmed their 2014 BSB line up welcoming two new riders to the squad in the guise of Dan Linfoot and Howie Mainwaring.
Linfoot has a wealth of experience that belies his youthful appearance and the 25 year old rider has already expressed a desire to test the awesome Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R as soon as possible. Working with highly experienced crew chief, Ray Stringer, the pair are excited about getting out on track come season start.
Mainwaring is already known as a Kawasaki man and showed some great pace in the 2013 season on Ninja machinery. Naturally, the team are confident that, with the right bike and his considerable experience, Howie will be at the sharp end in the near future.
Team Owner, Pete Extance, commented.
“With James Hillier on the roads and now Dan and Howie riding in BSB we couldn’t ask for a better line up of young, enthusiastic and experienced riders.
For James Hillier, Isle of Man TT and NW 200 victories are certainly possible following on from his first win this year. In respect of Dan, a BSB showdown position is our goal and expectation whilst, for Howie, we are looking for consistent top ten placings as a platform for further success.”See more news plus add your own comments, on the
